\n HacTe<\/strong>\n<\/a> has joined as a partner in the <\/strong>\n New European Bauhaus (NEB),<\/strong>\n<\/a> a creative and interdisciplinary initiative that opens a meeting space on a European scale to design future ways of living<\/strong> through the intersection between art, culture, social inclusion, science and technology<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Hac Te’s membership of the New European Bauhaus is an international recognition<\/strong> of its commitment to social challenges such as digital and environmental transformation<\/strong> and enables interrelation with European networks, associations and organisations <\/strong>that share the same values.<\/p>\n\n

Together with Hac Te, the partners that are part of this initiative are European organizations with a great capacity for dissemination<\/strong>, considered institutions or entities trusted in their respective communities<\/strong>, and promoters of values<\/strong> such as sustainability, inclusiveness and citizen participation in the creation of spaces.<\/p>\n\n

Born in November 2021, HacTe is driven by renowned<\/strong> Catalan institutions<\/strong> – the Open University of Catalonia<\/a> (UOC), the Polytechnic University of Catalonia<\/a> (UPC), Fira de Barcelona<\/a>, the Institute of Photonic Sciences<\/a> (ICFO), the Barcelona Supercomputing Center<\/a> (BSC), Tech Barcelona<\/a>, Hangar, a visual arts production and research center<\/a>, the New Art Foundation<\/a>, the Barcelona Institute of Science and Technology <\/a>(BIST), the National Art Museum of Catalonia<\/a> (MNAC) and S\u00f3nar<\/a>-, which join forces with the aim of making Barcelona <\/strong>a global hub for research, training, dissemination, transfer and production<\/strong> in these fields.<\/p>\n\n
