Based on the creation of situations of coexistence and intensive learning, and as an alternative to the learning modes of the academy, Tecnosis brings together artists and researchers around common somatizations and vulnerabilities that are manifested both in their themes and work processes as well as in the social implications of their work. Through workshops and conferences, the intensives proposed each year unfold around specific projects or artifacts, exploring sensitive areas and points of intersection of artistic, technological and scientific practices. Tecnosis thus aims to observe recent approaches between art, science and technology as signs of common concerns, even ailments. Beyond mere analogies between worlds of research, this program addresses vulnerabilities and potentials, including those of science itself as knowledge supposedly isolated, or at least protected, from biopolitical realities.    <br\/><br\/>In the framework of the Tecnosis program, einaidea, Hangar and HacTe invite multidisciplinary artists and researchers to two intensive workshops on the biopolitical overflows of technoscience. Led by artists Agustina Woodgate and Antonio Vega Macotela, the intensives will take place between 15:30 and 20h, on December 8, 9, 10 and 11 at Hangar. The workshop will culminate with a public presentation on Saturday, December 13, at 12 noon, followed by an aperitif.  <br\/><br\/>The work of<strong> Antonio Vega Macotela<\/strong> (Mexico City, 1980) explores notions of labor, value and exchange, often in collaboration with communities and in specific places. With a particular focus on the system through which social relations are established and negotiated, Vega Macotela explores alienation in economic systems and their social structures. The interactions, negotiations and collaborations implicit in such processes are central to his research, addressing chains of equivalence that connect labor and artistic practice within a single economy. Antonio Vega Macotela has been artist and researcher-in-residence at the Rijksakademie Van Beldende Kunsten, Amsterdam; National Academy of Art, Oslo; Amante, New York; and most recently at ETH Zurich. His work has been presented at the 34th Sao Paulo Biennial (2021); Highline Art, New York (2021); 12th Taipei Biennial (2020); and documenta 14, Kassel (2017), among others. He currently resides between Barcelona, Amsterdam and Oslo.     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout her career, <strong>Agustina Woodgate<\/strong> (Buenos Aires, 1981) has delved into the study of the politics and dynamics of the circulation of value, analyzing how material, economic and symbolic flows determine the organization of resources and the distribution of power. Her practice addresses the way in which infrastructures &#8211; whether hydraulic, energetic or informational &#8211; articulate relations between bodies, territories and economies. His installations and interventions function as experimental infrastructures, developed in collaboration with engineers, scientists, geologists and urban planners. These projects challenge conventional systems and encourage critical exchanges between disciplines. Through a speculative yet pragmatic approach, his works propose new ways of managing resources, redistributing information, and reimagining the architectures that shape our collective environments. Her projects have been shown at Stroom Den Haag (2024); Peabody Essex Museum, Massachusetts (2024); Seoul MediaCity Biennial (2023); BIENALSUR (2021); Whitney Biennial (2019) and Berlin Biennale (2016), among others.
