The panel discussion Photosynthesis at the interface of Arts, Sciences and Society explored the intersection between science and the arts, focusing on photosynthesis for social impact. It was attended by Professor Nicoletta Liguori, director of the Photon Harvesting in Plants and Biomolecules research group at ICFO; the artistic collective DISNOVATION.ORG; Francesc Gòdia, director of the Melissa Pilot Plant project and lecturer at the UAB; Raoul Frese, physicist at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and director of the Hybrid Forms Lab, and the artist and environmentalist Paula Bruna. The event was organized by HacTe and ICFO, within the framework of the DISNOVATION.ORG residency at ICFO during the S+T+ARTS in the City project.
