Next Tuesday, October 14, 2025, HacTe organizes the first of the three round tables open to the public at the Antic Teatre as part of the Revers program. Under the title “Contours, environments and peripheries of digital culture”, the session will bring together Mónica Bello, Efraín Foglia, Antònia Folguera and Jordi Sellas, moderated by Pau Alsina (UOC), in a conversation that proposes to rethink the limits, spaces and tensions that define contemporary digital culture.
The aim of this meeting is to open a collective reflection on the impacts of the digital paradigm shift on current cultural production , focusing on issues such as cultural consumption linked to technologies, the transformative capacity of art and its resistance to standardisation, or the technological imaginaries that mark each generation.
This first round table gives continuity to the closed-door dialogues published on the HacTe website: the conversation between Antònia Folguera and Mónica Bello and that of Jordi Sellas and Efraín Foglia . These exchanges prefigured some of the axes that will be deployed in the public debate, inviting the public to participate from a critical, informed and active perspective.
